Processing Time

  • All orders are custom made-to-order.

  • Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing before shipment.

  • During peak seasons or promotions, processing may take slightly longer—thank you for your patience!

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (available at checkout)

  • We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location and selected shipping speed.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

  • Free shipping may be available for orders over a certain amount—check our promotions for details.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • You can track your package online through the carrier’s website.
